Ahmed Murtaza Langrial is based in Islamabad and is recognised for providing diverse & concrete solutions to clients in view of the ever-changing market dynamics, and possess material corporate, commercial and litigation expertise.

He is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. He has appeared before various forums including but not limited to Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) as co-counsel in an Arbitration emanating from an EPC contract & the impact of Covid-19 over businesses across globe in terms of Force Majeure and its impediments. Further, he has also appeared before Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as a co-counsel in M&A transactions. Ahmed also has experience in filing International Investigations pertaining to the mismanagement of affairs of Public Limited Companies. He is hailed for his commercial savviness, legal acumen and negotiations. Ahmed has also appeared & successfully represented Clients before Anti-Dumping Tribunal.

Ahmed has significant expertise and experience in formulating a strategy and advising clients on TMT, REIT Models, PPP models, Capital Markets, Mergers, De-mergers, Acquisitions, Amalgamations, Sukkuk,  International Dispute Resolution, Arbitration Proceedings & challenging awards for and against Enforcement Proceedings. Ahmed also advises and sets up, Joint Ventures, Corporate structuring and other corporate matters. Ahmed has also represented client with expertise before National Accountability Bureau.  

Ahmed has appeared before High Courts of Pakistan, Lower Courts of Pakistan and other forums including but not limited to: SECP, Competition Commission of Pakistan, National Tariff Commission, Anti-Dumping Appellate Tribunal, National Electricity Power Regulatory Authority, Directorate General Petroleum Concessions, Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority and has advised State Owned Companies on FOSPA claims
