Ilsa joined House of Magna Cum Laude in August 2023, after completing her LLB from the University of London (external), where she graduated with an Upper Second Class Honours, amongst the top 3% of her cohort. She is also an incoming LLM candidate at King’s College London.

She has previous experience interning at corporate law firms and child protection NGOs. Additionally, she has served as a Visiting EU Law Lecturer at a University of London Recognised Teaching Centre.

Her expertise spans a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including contract drafting and reviewing, comprehensive due diligence reviews, and general corporate advisory work. She is skilled in drafting and reviewing various agreements and addendums, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Distribution Agreements, Service Agreements, Due Diligence Agreements, Investment Agreements, Settlement Agreements, Build, Operate, Transfer Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Employment Contracts, Lease & Tenancy Agreements, etc.

Ilsa has also reviewed and drafted several HR policies, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policies for Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs) and tech companies. She has conducted thorough due diligence reviews for the buy-side transactions of several mining companies, particularly in the Balochistan region. Moreover, she assists the Partners on Anti-Dumping matters and has been engaged as co-counsel in a commercial arbitration matter before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
