Ayesha Ahmed has earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honours from the prestigious University of London. She has meticulously drafted a wide array of legal documents, including but not limited to motions, pleadings, and other court submissions. She actively assists the Partners in Corporate, Commercial, International Trade, and Arbitration department on cases before the District & Session Courts as well as other law forums and special tribunals in Pakistan. Her work reflects a high level of precision and attention to detail, underscoring her strong legal drafting skills. Ayesha has also previously worked at “Ahmed Abdul Rehman & Legal Consultants” and possesses extensive expertise in handling matters pertaining to International law with her scope of research and practice extending to International Humanitarian law, environmental law and maritime law.
In addition to her litigation work, she is also a writer and columnist who regularly contributes articles and Op-eds in Pakistan’s premier newspaper “Pakistan Observer”. Her responsibilities also encompass conducting in-depth research and writing legal opinions, legal notices, and legal memorandums on arbitration laws, IP law, corporate law, regulations and procedural frameworks, which form the basis of her contributions to the preparation and strategizing of ongoing cases at the firm.
